As you have likely noticed from our daily app roundups and Holiday Game/App Sale post, hundreds of top-notch iOS/Mac apps are on sale for the holidays. Both the popular Hitman iOS games have now dropped from as much $5 down to just $1 each, but things get even better with the Essentials pack. Square Enix is now offering both Hitman: Sniper and Hitman GO as part of the Hitman Essentials bundle for just $1. At $0.50, and outside of an IGN freebie offer back in mid-2014, this is the best price we have ever seen on the “award winning” Hitman Go. This deal is also the very best price we have ever tracked on Hitman: Sniper since its release back in June.

Chromecast and Sling TV have partnered to offer an extended two month free trial of the online streaming service ($40 value). First time Sling customers with a Chromecast have until December 28th to grab a 60-day free peak at the Best of Live TV package. Simply visit this page to begin your trial. You’ll want to cancel the service before the two months is up, otherwise you’ll be charged $20 for the next month.

Typically, Sling only offers a 7-day trial, so if you’ve been holding out on trying this service, now is your best bet to give it a run. Offer does not include any extras or HBO service. Full terms and condition can be found below.

Sling TV launched last January to much fanfare as an alternative to pricey cable and satellite services. It offers popular channels like ESPN/2, AMC, TBS, TNT, HGTV and others. Costco Wholesale, a membership-only warehouse club, has released its deals for Thanksgiving weekend. The limited time promotion will run from November 27-29 at brick and mortar locations. Nest Cam, the smart security camera that Google acquired and rebranded under its Nest company after acquiring Dropcam last year, is one of the best of these new breed of Wi-Fi connected, smartphone-controlled home security products. Today Nest is making decking out your home even easier and more affordable with a new 3-pack bundle of Nest Cams that will allow you to save $100 over the normal retail cost of individual units.

The new Nest Cam bundle will sell for $497, representing a $100 total savings on the bundle when considering Nest Cam on its own will run you $199 each (or $185 each currently on Amazon).

I took the Nest Cam for spin in recent months following its launch, and despite a few software shortcomings that Nest will inevitably catch up to in future releases, I overall had an excellent experience with the device and recommended it to just about everyone except diehard HomeKit users.

The new 3-Pack Nest Cam bundle will be available this week online for $497, as well as retail stores including Home Depot and Best Buy.
