‘Neuron’ is a super kid friendly system for building smart gadgets using modular blocks

Makeblock is announcing its newest super kid friendly system Neuron to teach your children how to code and build in the funnest way possible. Hitting Kickstarter later this month, each kit gives your child 30 different kinds of blocks with varied functions to build all kinds of gadgets. The best part about this new system is the blocks are designed to work on almost any platform and you can even build with LEGOs.

Each kit runs on Makeblock’s mBlock, a graphical and flow-based programming system that requires little programming experience to learn. The company also promises steady updates, new projects and new capabilities once they launch. You can choose from six different kits that let decide what kinds of gadgets your kids will build. When the Neuron project launches on Kickstarter in a few days you can get a kit for $69 (40% off).
