Giveaway: Schoolhouse Electric makes the clock cool again, $290 value

Update (9/19 2:00pm) @kevincastillo is our winner, thank you for reading!

In case you didn’t know, we’re big fans of American made products around here. One of our favorite brands comes way of Portland, Oregon. Schoolhouse Electric has been pumping beautiful home goods out of their old school factory for years. If you’re in need of a unique piece to set your living room or kitchen a part, these are the guys you need to look up.

This week, we’re giving away one of Schoolhouse Electric’s new Kennedy Clocks. Read on to learn how you can win one for yourself.

The first product that Schoolhouse ever manufactured was its Electric Clock. Founder Brian Faherty spent over a year meticulously designing that product before releasing it to the public. Safe to say, these guys know clocks. While that first iteration had a more modern design, the Kennedy model is all mid-century class. It’s available in three designs: black, blue and brass with two different face colors on the inside.

Of course, it’s handmade in Portland and is guaranteed to be a conversation piece in your home. The thick metal casing and bulbous glass front is beautiful from every angle. You never knew a clock could look so good.

So how can you get one? To enter this giveaway, follow @gadgetnewsonline on Twitter and retweet the article. If Facebook is more your thing, Like us and share this article with your friends. We’ll choose a winner on Saturday, September 19th.
