Nomad just debuted some gorgeous new solid metal and glass 25W MagSafe charging stands

There have been a couple major brands to unleash new 25W Qi2.2 MagSafe charging stands – the display-equipped model from Anker and the Belkin UltraCharge Pro we reviewed previously come to mind. But now, Nomad – a top-tier accessory maker and one of our favorites – is ready to unleash its very first 25W models in the form of the next-generation Stand One and Stand One Max

The new Stand One and Stand One Max land with much of what we loved after testing out the previous 15W iterations. Firstly, you are looking at some of the most robust and well-made chargers on the market, made of a combination of solid metal with glass finishes, chamfered-like edges, and particularly unique look by comparison to the sea of others out there.

The new 25W action has landed on both of 2-in-1 and 3-in-1 form-factors we have seen from the brand previously. They are, other than the newfound 25W action, the same as previous models and are perfect for Apple users and those in the Pixel 10 ecosystem, as our cohorts over at 9to5Google have already detaield for you right here.

The Stand One comes in silver or carbide and carries a $119 list price:

  • Up to 25W charging for Qi2 & MagSafe devices
  • Supports iPhone StandBy mode
  • Qi charging spot for AirPods and most other headphones
  • Upright metal & glass design
  • 2.0m USB-C to USB-C cable included
  • Requires 40W USB-C power adapter (not included)

The Stand One Max comes in the same two colorways and features a 3-in-1 design for iPhone, Apple Watch, and you AirPods at $159 shipped:

  • Up to 25W charging for Qi2 & MagSafe devices
  • Supports iPhone StandBy mode
  • Apple Watch Fast Charger
  • Qi charging spot for AirPods and most other headphones
  • Solid metal & glass design
  • 2.0m USB-C to USB-C cable included
  • Requires 40W USB-C Power Adapter (not included)

These clearly aren’t the most affordable MagSafe charging stands out there, but tech gear made this well never is. They are by far some of the nicest on the market if you ask me and they just got a nice little boost of power with the Qi2.2.1 action. Just the look and feel of the glass and metal vibes here is worth the price of entry, but there’s also a weight and heft to the design that really puts Nomad’s MagSafe chargers leaps and bounds above most of the competition, at least in terms of the physical design. You will need to provide your own 40W charger and they certainly aren’t cheap, but they will last you for years and look fantastic in the process.
