Just as we promised previously, Amazon is now offering FREE $15 store credits with purchase on Apple gift cards using code APPLEGC. After Best Buy and Target started offering this very same promotion with store credits of their own previously, it was really only a matter of time before Amazon followed suite and, at the rate Black Friday has moving this year, it’s surprising Amazon waited this long to get in on the Apple Gift card action.

Apple Gift Card really aren’t all that valuable when it comes to purchasing actual Apple hardware, as we detailed earlier this week and as any avid gadgetnewsonline reader already knows. Unless you scoring heaps of Apple gift cards for completely FREE, you’re still going to be paying waaaaay more for the hardware using gift cards at Apple Store (online or otherwise) no matter how discounted the cards were.

That said, FREE Amazon credit is always extremely valuable – ironically the FREE $15 Amazon bucks here is more valuable for Apple hardware purchases considering how great the deals are there – and Apple gift cards can indeed be quite valuable for Apple services like Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple News+, Apple Books, Apple Arcade, iCloud+, Fitness+, Apple One, and more. If you’re going to be paying the bill on these anyway, you might as well do ti with Apple Gift Cards that also include some FREE Amazon money.

A complete rundown on value of this Amazon Black Friday Apple gift card promotion awaits right here.

Apple gift card features:

Use the Apple Gift Card to get products, accessories, apps, games, music, movies, TV shows, and more. Spend it on in-app content, books, subscriptions like iCloud+ storage to secure files from all your Apple devices. This gift card does it all. And then some. Use it at any Apple Store, apple.com, in the Apple Store app, the App Store, iTunes, Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple News+, Apple Books, Apple Arcade, iCloud+, Fitness+, Apple One, and other Apple properties in the US only.
