We are tracking some major price drops on Apple’s current-generation iPad 10th Gen today at Amazon and for Costco members. Regularly $349 after seeing an official price drop from $449 back in May, you can now score the iPad 10 starting from $279.99 shipped at Amazon and Costco members can land one for $249.99 with a $5 shipping fee. Outside of a couple extremely fleeting offers during the Prime Day events this year, you’re looking at the lowest price we have tracked on Amazon and some of the best of all-time anywhere. Frankly, anything lower didn’t stick around for more than an hour at most last time we featured them.
You can score a current-generation iPad at $280 or much less today – that’s not something you get to say very often. As of right now, the deal is only live on the blue, pink, and yellow models at Amazon, but we will keep an eye out for other colors at both retailers.
We have seen the iPad 10th Generation fall from its current MSRP to $300 several times over the last few months or more. At this point, paying anything more than $300 is not recommended. However, seeing anything under $300 very much is. We did expect to see Amazon get aggressive with this model for Black Friday this year, and it appears it has already started. There is always a chance we see it drop down to something closer to what Costco is offering to its members right now, but only time will tell, and there’s no telling how long anything lower than this will last for.
The iPad 10 is clearly the lowest cost of entry into the current iPad lineup, makes for a wonderful casual tablet experience for you or anyone else in the family, and is now at some of the lowest prices we have ever tracked.
