Gaming handhelds

Gaming handhelds are getting increasingly popular these days, so let’s check out some deals that are live right now. If you’re looking for a solid deal on a reliable handheld console, then look no further than the deal that drops ASUS’ original ROG Ally handheld down to its lowest price starting at $449.99 shipped at Best Buy for Plus and Total members. Folks without a membership can snag it for $499.99 shipped, which matches the previous all-time low we’ve tracked for this console. It’s hard to beat this model at this price point, so grab it while you can.

If you’re looking for some alternatives, then Lenovo’s Legion Go handheld is also at $549 shipped right now, which is $50 shy of its all-time low. We expect this to drop down to its lowest at $499, but there’s no way to tell when that’ll happen. And while we’re discussing handhelds that may see some fresh lows during the Black Friday sale, it’s worth noting that ASUS’s newer ROG Ally X may also return to its previous all-time low of $700 at Best Buy. Below is a quick look at some of the best prices we’ve tracked on handheld gaming consoles, and that should give you a good idea of what to expect.

Gaming monitors

https://howl.link/lgpi8n2hbk3hbWe already have a dedicated feature highlighting the best of Black Friday 2024 gaming monitor deals, but here are some highlights to keep an eye on throughout the holiday shopping season. Samsung’s Odyssey gaming monitors is going to be a big focus this Black Friday as we expect many of them to see fresh lows. Walmart has already kicked things off by delivering the 34-inch Odyssey G55T 165Hz QHD curved gaming monitor down at $229 shipped, with a $321 discount on its usual going rate.

Samsung also has many of its Odyssey monitors on sale right now at its online store, with the likes of Odyssey Neo G95SC falling to one of the lowest prices at $1,200. We’re also expecting the brand to bring back its BOGO offer as a part of its ongoing Black Friday sale, so there’s going to be a lot of fresh deals waiting for you shortly.

Dell’s Alienware gaming lineup is also worth keeping an eye on, and many of the deals are already live for those who don’t want to wait until the last minute. Both the Alienware AW3423DW QHD ultrawide and the Alienware AW2724HF 360Hz FHD gaming monitors are now down at $800 and $330, respectively. Both of these are now fetching their lowest prices, making it a great time to cash in. You’ll stumble upon many other gaming displays from the likes of LG, ASRock, and more to see huge discounts over the next few weeks, and we’re highlighting some of our favorites at their best prices down below.

Gaming desktops

We typically see some impressive deals on gaming PCs around Black Friday and this year is expected to be no different. In fact, a handful of deals on gaming desktops are already live on PCs from Alienware, iBUYPOWER, and more. NVIDIA is expected to debut some new GPUs, so you might see many of these manufacturers clear out existing stocks to make way for new ones. While we don’t expect the newer machines with AMD’s 9000 series and Intel’s new Core Ultra processors to get discounted, you’ll find plenty of machines with Intel’s 14th Gen and AMD’s Ryzen 7000 series processors on sale. We’ve covered many of these PCs over the last few months, and you’ll find the best ones at their lowest prices below.

Gaming laptops

If you’d rather pick up a gaming laptop to always have a powerful gaming machine when you’re away from your setup, then Alienware, Lenovo, Razer, and more, will have tons of options available for you at discounted prices. Alienware’s M-series and Dell’s G-series machines are already discounted as a part of Dell’s Black Friday sale, and there are some solid options in there like this one G16 Gaming Laptop w/ Core i9-13900HX/16GB/1TB/4070 which is at $1,300, down from its usual price of $1,750.

Razer is also expected to bring some of its Prime Day prices back for its 2024 Blade gaming laptops. These laptops, particularly the Blade 18 (2024) models typically fetched close to $3,000, but you can expect them to land somewhere around the $2,500 mark during the holiday shopping season. We’ve highlighted some of our favorites in Razer’s Blade lineup along with others at their best prices below for you to get a better understanding of the kind of prices you can expect to see.

In addition to some of the big ticket items highlighted above, we also expect relatively smaller peripherals like headsets, keyboards, mice, and things like SSDs to go on sale during Black Friday. In fact, we’ve already started seeing a lot of peripherals from Logitech, Samsung, and more either falling to fresh lows or at least returning to their all-time lows, so be sure to stay tuned to our PC gaming deals hub to be among the first ones to snag them. Our dedicated Black Friday 2024 hub is also being updated with fresh deals daily, so feel free to stop by on your way out to see if something catches your fancy.
