Motorola’s unlocked 2024 razr+ foldable hits $749 low in early Black Friday sale (Reg. $1,000)

As part of its Black Friday Deals Right Now sale, Best Buy is now offering the lowest price we have tracked to date on the unlocked 2024 Motorola razr+ smartphone down at $749.99 shipped. Regularly $1,000, this is $250 off the going rate and the best price we can find. This model is currently sitting at $800 via Amazon where it has never gone for less. We saw the 2024 razr+ drop to $800 a couple times since release earlier this year, but never as low as we are seeing in the early Best Buy Black Friday sale right now. It will drop to $649 at Best Buy, but only if you hook it up with a carrier during checkout.  

Today’s deal is $50 under the Prime Day price we spotted last month and even undercuts the pre-order offers we saw when the 2024 edition of Motorola’s lauded foldable landed stateside for the first time this summer. 

After getting a chance to go hands-on, our overall takeaway was that the razr+ “will not give up its throne” in the foldable space. 

One of the standout elements of the latest version of the razr+ is the even larger LPTO AMOLED cover screen with a 1272 x 1080 resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate – that’s some serious power for a secondary display. On the inside you’ll find the 6.9-inch main display with the same 165Hz refresh rate and an AMOLED panel that shines with a 3,000-nit peak brightness. 

The front-facing 32MP camera joins a 50MP rear array alongside Wi-Fi 6 support, an IPX8 protection against the elements, 256GB of built-in storage, a fingerprint reader, facial recognition, and more.
