Today only, as part of its Deals of the Day, Best Buy is offering the Yale Assure Lock 2 Touch Smart Lock with Wi-Fi for $229.99 shipped. Regularly $280, this $50 in savings, within $10 of the lowest we have tracked this year, and the best price we can find. Paid My Best Buy Plus members can knock an additional $20 off too. Currently fetching $238.50 or more at Amazon, today’s deal undercuts the lowest we have tracked there on the Black Suede model by at least $8 and lands on par with the silver variant. Get a closer look in our hands-on review right here at the entire lineup and head down below for a closer look at the feature set.

While the model on sale above is not the Plus variant with certified Apple Home Keys support – that one starts at $287 right now, it does feature built-in Wi-Fi alongside a biometric keypad for fingerprint access as well as hands-free Auto-Unlock and the ability to control the door from anywhere using your iPhone or Apple Watch.

The “black suede” finish is joined by the ability to leverage Siri, Alexa, or Google Assistant to unlock the door with voice commands as well – it is HomeKit-enabled with a compatible Apple Home hub including HomePod and Apple TV. The Yale app provides remote access so you can “let people in, lock up, share virtual keys, and track who comes and goes” from afar as well.

Our smart home hub is loaded with notable deals as we ready for the weekend. You’ll find some highlights waiting down below:
