The official Amazon Black Friday week sale is now live. There are now thousands of price drops up for grabs on Amazon across all major product categories, from Apple’s AirPods Pro 3 at the lowest price to date and Google gear, to Samsung Galaxy releases, and just about everything in between. When does Amazon’s Black Friday sale start?
Amazon’s Black Friday sale starts on November 20. While Amazon will surely have some additional deals popping up on Thanksgiving day (November 27) as well as Black Friday proper (November 28), Today (November 20) marks the official start of its Black Friday Week festivities, and if it’s anything like last year, many of the best deals are now live.
Does Amazon price match during Black Friday?
Yes, of course it does, and aggressively at that. While November 20 might be the official start to Amazon’s Black Friday sale, it has already been price matching hundreds of items as early sales go live at the competition, and it will continue to do so right through the holiday season.
Does Amazon have the best Black Friday deals still?
Often times, yes. Not only does Amazon aggressively price match its competitors – Target, Best Buy, Walmart, and more – but it often times gets incredibly scrappy, sometimes undercutting the other retailers slightly just to entice buyers, and sometimes undercutting them drastically. It can also start to throw around on-page coupons during its sale event at random times to drop items even lower.
Where is the best place for Apple deals during Black Friday?
Apple deals are always a big-ticket grab at this time of year, and often times Amazon has the best Black Friday Apple deals. There will be other retailers with deals on plenty of 2025 Apple releases, but Amazon tends to undercut them by at least $1, and sometimes much more than that on everything from the latest iPad and MacBook releases through to super popular holiday pickups like AirPods.
