Update 11/20: The official Black Friday AirPods deals are now live at Amazon including the all-time low on AirPods Pro 3:
- AirPods Pro 3 $220 (Reg. $249) – all-time low
- AirPods 4 with ANC $110 (Reg. $179) – all-time low
One of the big-ticket items for Black Friday this year is AirPods Pro 3 – there are certainly more than a few people waiting patiently to see where Apple’s latest and greatest will land during the massive November shopping season. We did already uncover an upcoming offer with a $100 gift card attached and it appears as though they are also now $30 off at Staples – but you might not be able to get your hands on them.
We previously detailed the first hint at an AirPods Pro 3 Black Friday deal courtesy of the mid-west retailer, Meijer. It is advertising the new buds at full price with a $100 gift card attached, but you’re going to need to make your way to a Meijer location, or really value a $100 Meijer store credit to care.
That said, Staples is up to its usual tricks this year again as it is now advertising AirPods Pro 3 down at $219 – the lowest price the new buds have ever been offered for.
Thing is, you’ll need to make your way down to a Staples brick and mortar location to land this deal. And you had better call ahead of time (or just rush over to your local store now) – not all locations have them in stock and even those that do likely don’t have many pairs at this price.

Staples seems to do this every year with at least one big-ticket Apple release. It is clearly a bit of a ploy to get folks in store while its Black Friday deals are live, and frankly a mostly successful one. This is indeed the lowest price, so it’s not a complete scam or anything. But you’ll need to get lucky to land it – reports suggest some folks have been able to secure this deal so far, but we can’t confirm that all locations have them in-stock. We can, more or less, 100% confirm that not all of them do though.
Call ahead or just go down and cross your fingers. Or…just wait and hope Amazon and the other big retailers have a set on sale for Black Friday this year. At this point it looks like November 20 is the first likely candidate for a deal, but we can’t say for sure and Amazon might wait right until Thanksgiving or Black Friday proper to drop the price (if it is going to at all).
