Official Week 3 Best Buy Black Friday deals now live with up to $400 off MacBook models

The official Week 3 Best Buy Black Friday deals are now live after wrapping up its latest Doorbuster sales yesterday. The sale is loaded with soundbars and laptops, toys for the kids, smart home gear, and more, but we are also getting a batch of MacBook deals with up to $400 in savings

Best Buy Week 3 Black Friday deals – up to $400 off MacBooks

You will find some older-generation MacBook Air configs in the sale starting from $699, but there’s nothing nearly as good as the $250 price drops we are tracking on Amazon for the M4 MacBook Air lineup:

There’s is, however, some notable price drops across the M4 Pro MacBook Pro lineup with as much as $400 in savings on the higher-end M4 Max configs, and more. While these machines are generally a more niche pickup due to the lofty price tags, with as much as $400 slashed from the list prices right now some of these more premium and ultra powerful machines might be a far more enticing grab – we will, presumably, get some M5 Pro and up machines, but you won’t be landing one of those at $400 off anytime soon.

There are a couple things to keep in mind here though. Firstly, Amazon is now offering some of these models for a touch less, undercutting the Best Buy deals by anywhere from a few bucks up to $10 or $20 just to make sure you buy your machine there instead – the 16-inch M4 Pro MacBook Pro with the 24GB/512GB setup for $10 less than Best Buy at $2,189 shipped, or $310 off the list price.

You’ll also want to take note of the all-time low pricing we spotted on the new M5 MacBook Pro if you would prefer to go with Apple’s upgraded chip over the M4 Pro/Max variants:

All things considered, there are some notable offers on MacBooks in the Week 3 Best Buy Black Friday deals, but you’ll definitely want to double check Amazon on the particular configuration you’re after before pulling the trigger. Unless you have some Best Buy store credit or gift cards stocked up, there might be a better price waiting on Amazon.
