Amazon has debuted a bunch of new devices as part of its fall hardware event, including a new lineup for 2K security cameras. Amazon’s security camera brand Blink will have two new security cameras up for grabs later today – the Outdoor 2K+ and the Mini 2K+, both with support for up to 2K resolution. Additionally, we also got a new accessory called Blink Arc, which will let you combine two Blink Mini 2K+ cameras into a single unit for a seamlessly stitched 180-degree FoV feed. Amazon’s Blink debuts new 2K security cameras
Starting with the Blink Outdoor 2K+ – the brand’s latest wireless security camera, offering up to 2K resolution, 4x zoom, and improved low-light performance. It also features enhanced audio with noise-canceling two-way talk, along with smart notifications such as person and vehicle detection – though the smart notification feature requires a Blink Subscription Plus plan. The Blink Outdoor 2K+ is powered by Blink’s custom silicon chip, and it delivers the brand’s “signature long-lasting battery life” and weather-resistance, allowing you to install it virtually anywhere around your home for reliable security.
For those looking to upgrade indoor monitoring, the Blink Mini 2K+ is the latest plug-in compact camera in the lineup. It supports up to 2K resolution and includes smart features similar to its outdoor counterpart, making advanced security accessible to more users looking to upgrade their indoor surveillance. Notably, the Blink Mini 2K+ can be used outdoors when paired with Blink’s optional Weather-Resistant Power Adapter.
