Super Mario Bros. desktop metal display reward now available to redeem for Switch Online members

Nintendo has been rolling out new Super Mario Bros. metal displays, and just weeks after the Super Mario Bros. 2 version, a fresh Super Mario Bros. unit has now arrived. This piece, much like the other two we saw recently, is a Nintendo Switch Online exclusive, and it’s now up for grabs at the My Nintendo Store. We expect this one to go out quickly as it appears to be available in limited quantity, so get in now if you want one after getting more details below.

Nintendo Super Mario Bros. desktop metal display now up for grabs

You can head to the My Nintendo Store now to find this metal display available for the Switch Online members. It’s a nice display piece to showcase your love and commitment to Nintendo games, as it can only be bought with points earned from playing Nintendo games. It features a Super Mario Bros.-inspired artwork on metal and a sleek black acrylic base etched with the My Nintendo logo.

What you’re looking at here is a faithful replica of the original Super Mario Bros. box art, complete with the classic NES logo. Nintendo notes that the display arrives with protective film on both sides, which you can remove by gently warming it with a hair dryer to loosen the adhesive. You can redeem this collectible if you’ve got enough points, but keep in mind that you’ll have to pay shipping.

Wondering how to rack up Platinum Points for rewards like this? You can earn them by completing Nintendo’s “missions,” which are essentially simple tasks such as signing in weekly, using the Nintendo Switch Online app, or finishing certain in-game challenges. Nintendo hasn’t specified how many of these Super Mario Bros. metal displays are up for grabs, but you might want to jump in now and secure your unit as the listing says this “physical reward is available while supplies last.”
