Anker unveils new Soundcore Nebula X1 Pro – a thumping party speaker with a 4K projector stuffed inside

Following the reveals of JBL’s three new portable Bluetooth speakers, and plenty of other new big tech introductions, we’re now stepping into the realm of home and on-the-go theaters with the reveal of Anker’s new Soundcore Nebula X1 Pro at IFA 2025. This new mash-up device is taking a much-loved projector and packing it inside a larger body, along with a powerful subwoofer, to produce this Google TV mobile party projector to turn any place into your personal theater. Head below to learn more.

This is quite the big shift – literally – as Anker is taking its Nebula X1 Projector and stuffing it inside this 30-inch by 17-inch by 13.5-inch box and complementing it with a 160W subwoofer, giving us the 72.4-pound Anker Soundcore Nebula X1 Pro.

According to Anker, the subwoofer provides “chest thumping bass” without rattling the actual projector thanks to its floating construction within the overall design, allowing you to enjoy booming audio alongside the 4K video. The audio experience doesn’t stop there, as there are also two 80W soundbars that can be folded out from the sides of the body or even detached and placed elsewhere around the space you plan to stream your favorite media – plus, there are dual 40W wireless satellites to cover the rear channels too.

Anker is promising a first-time inclusion for any portable projector in the 7.1.4 surround sound capability here, with support for Dolby Atmos too. Of course, if you only want to use it for music, there is a Bluetooth speaker mode to focus its output on that. The new body also comes with an IP43 construction that provides solid protection from light rain and dust it may encounter outside the home.

From there, its specs match up to the Nebula X1 Projector that features 4K resolution, a triple laser light source that produces 3,500 ANSI lumens, an all-glass lens atop a motorized swivel, optical zoom, 26dB operation, and more.

The new Anker Soundcore Nebula X1 Pro Projector is slated to have its Kickstarter debut on September 23, 2025, with the expected price to range between $4,000 and $5,000 shipped. Other retailers will likely be offering it sometime in 2026.
