The new Qi2.2 wireless charging standard is beginning to emerge and one of the first major brands out of the gate with a proper 3-in-1 MagSafe stand is Belkin. The UltraCharge lineup contents of three new models, all of which sporting the new Qi2.2 standard that supports 25W power pass through to your devices via the magnetic charging pad ahead of the iPhone 17 launch.
The new Belkin UltraCharge gear has now surfaced on Amazon and the official site, consisting of three different charging units sporting the 25W Qi2.2 action:
- UltraCharge Pro 3-in-1 Magnetic Charging Dock $130
- UltraCharge 3-in-1 Foldable Magnetic Charger $100
- UltraCharge 2-in-1 Foldable Magnetic Charger $60
The model that has really caught our eye here is the UltraCharge Pro. Aside from the usual 3-in-1 setup that boasts the new 25W MagSafe charging pad for iPhone, an AirPods charger on the base and the magnetic Apple Watch charger, it sports a slightly more unique and robust design than we are used to from the brand. While the chunky base might not be to everyone’s standard, I really like the thicker metal arm that carries the main MagSafe pad here.

Reports surfaced in mid-July that charging accessory makers were ready a new slate of devices sporting the Qi2.2 certification. Up until now, Apple’s latest in-house MagSafe charging cable was really the only option on the market able to pass more than the usual 15W of power to devices. The iPhone 16 was really the only device that could properly ingest that sort of juice, but that will soon change with the iPhone 17.
As of right now, the number of devices on the market that can even handle 25W of juice is thin at best – none of the previous-generation iPhone models can handle more than 15W. But iPhone 17 is on the horizon now, and this new 25W trend in the charging accessory industry will likely push all future devices in this direction to some degree.
Apple is rumored to be readying a 45W MagSafe device, but as of right now it seems like it’s just going to be na updated version of the current 25W MagSafe cable as opposed to the sort of full-on stands many folks like up on their desktops and nightstands.
Either way, we are still in the early days and it looks like the market will be flooded (at least to some degree) with new 25W MagSafe-compatible charging solutions, and perhaps even a 45W model from Apple.
