Apple’s AirTag 4-pack just dropped to $70 ($17.50 a pop), or singles at $23 (Nearly 30% off)

Apple’s next-generation AirTag 2 has been rumored for a while – it looked like they were going to drop some time this past spring or over the summer, but things have seemingly been pushed back. While we might see them hit next month or nearer the holidays, you’re not going to be seeing anywhere near 30% off the 4-pack like we are today on the current-gen models. 

Carrying a $99 list price, Apple’s AirTag 4-pack has now been marked down to $69.99 shipped at Amazon. That’s nearly 30% off the going rate and within $5.50 of the best we have tracked there. 

Today’s deal knocks the per AirTag price down to $17.50 a pop. As of right now, the regular $29 single AirTag listing has also dropped from the price we had been tracking over the last couple weeks to $22.99 with free shipping for Prime members or in orders over $35. 

Again, we are still expecting Apple to debut a new AirTag 2 later this year with an upgraded feature set – improve range, upgraded privacy, and a next-gen wireless chip implementation. AirTags aren’t exactly the most expensive piece of Apple kit, so we wouldn’t blame you for just waiting for the new one. But if you are looking to land some deals on one, chances it’s going to be a long while before the AirTag can be had at $17.50 apiece.
