This new $25 Nintendo pro controller has anti-drift Hall effect sticks and Switch 2 wake-up support

After debuting the Elves 2 as the world’s first gamepad with Switch 2 wake-up support, Gulikit is back again with another set of controllers. The new Gulikit ES and ES Pro cost $24.99 and $29.99 shipped, respectively, and they’re both readily available now at Amazon. Both of these models land as super affordable alternatives for the $89 Switch 2 Pro controller, and they offer some neat features, too. Gulikit’s new ES and ES Pro Switch 2 controllers now available

Gulikit’s new ES and ES Pro controllers both come in black, white, and grey colors, giving you a basic, decent selection to pick from. The more affordable model of the two comes with anti-drift Hall effect joysticks and triggers, along with a gyroscope for games that support motion controls. It’s a wireless controller with a 950mAh battery, and it’s rated to last for up to 30 hours on a single charge. Another highlight of this controller is that you can use it to wake the Switch 2, just like the Elves 2 that debuted earlier. In addition to the Switch 2, you can use the ES controller with Windows PCs and Android devices as well.

The $30 ES Pro model offers all the same features as the regular ES gamepad, but it comes with the upgraded anti-drift tunneling magnetoresistance (TMR) joysticks that offer adjustable sensitivity. TMR joysticks are now a common feature on modern gamepads, and you’ll also find them on 8Bitdo’s Ultimate 2 wireless model. Notably, the ES Pro model also has a D-pad that can be switched between four and eight-direction modes, and you can swap out its face buttons to switch between PC and Nintendo Switch layouts.

There are plenty of Switch 2-compatible controllers out there, but these new Gulikit models stand out as some of the most affordable alternatives to the Switch 2 Pro controller.
