Aventon has a selection of e-bikes retaining their annual low prices, like the Level 2 Commuter or the new Pace 4 smart cruiser, but we wanted to shine a spotlight on the brand’s Ramblas Electric Mountain Bike that’s keeping down at $2,599 shipped. It’s been going for $2,899 this year since tariffs raised many of the brand’s rates, with many of the discounts we’ve seen this year dropping things to $2,699, though recently we’ve been seeing it fall to $2,599 more frequently. While we did see it go as low as $2,399 in 2024, that rate hasn’t been seen in 2025, nor is it likely to reappear any time soon, which makes the price we’re seeing hold out here the best of the year with $300 in savings.
The first of Aventon’s mid-drive e-bikes, the Ramblas electric mountain bike (eMTB) arrives sporting a 250W motor that can peak as high as 750W to tackle inclines, especially when you’re headed into hilly off-road areas. That smaller motor contributes to a lighter 54-pound weight and promises a 300-pound rider limit, with the 708Wh battery providing significant juice for long-distance fun. There are three pedal assist modes here that each offer five levels and come supported by a torque sensor, giving you up to 80 miles of travel range at up to 20 MPH top speeds.
While it doesn’t bring any of the fancier bells and whistles like the brand’s newest smart e-bikes, this model does bring customization into your ride thanks to the Ride Tune features. Using the companion app on your smartphone, you’ll be able to remotely adjust the motor’s power output, the PAS options, the sensor’s responsiveness, and the amount of produced torque. And while your phone is wirelessly connected, the bike can update its own software from the app, even while you’re in the middle of riding. Of course, for the price, you can expect a nice array of features like the SRAM NX Eagle 12-speed derailleur for those off-road adventures, 4-piston SRAM hydraulic disc brakes, a KS dropper seat post, a RockShox 35 suspension fork, LED lighting built into the chainstays for rear visibility on top of the optional front headlight, and a full-color display.
You can check out the full lineup of Aventon’s e-bikes keeping to their annual lows in our original coverage here, with a separate spotlight coverage of the new Pace 4 Smart Cruiser e-bike here. There’s plenty more sales from the previous week collected into our most recent Electrified Weekly coverage, or you can browse everything we’ve spotted in one place within our Green Deals hub.
