Now even lower: Apple’s most affordable 13-inch 16GB M4 MacBook Air in Midnight just hit the best price ever at $824 ($175 off)

Update 5/10: Amazon has now dropped the price on the Sky Blue 13-inch 24GB/512GB model even lower to a new $1,225.38 shipped all-time low, or nearly $175 off – this deal likely won’t last long.

I just recently detailed why I think the new M4 MacBook Air is such a good value, especially at the all-time low pricing we are tracking right now with $150 in savings across the lineup. Not only did Apple up the entry RAM setup to 16GB and load them with the latest M4 chips, but it is also released them at a lower price and they are now much lower than that. But we wanted to touch down quickly this morning to point out the Midnight 13-inch 16GB model – it has dropped again to a new $836.71 $824.42 shipped Amazon all-time low. 

Regularly $999, this is the first time we have seen this model, or any other 13-inch M4 MacBook Air fall this low – they have never gone for better than $150 off at Amazon since release earlier this year. Today’s deal delivers over $162 in savings to land at the best price we have ever tracked on online for a brand-new entry-level M4 MacBook Air. 

As of the time of writing, this is the only configuration that has dropped again, but we will keep an eye out for other colorways and storage/RAM configs throughout the day here. At the point it’s hard to say if this deal on the Midnight will last for very long at all, or is rather sign of what’s to come on the rest of the lineup:
