As part of the ongoing collection of deals on its in-house tech, including the latest 4K Fire TV streaming sticks, Amazon is now offering its Echo Show 5 Alexa smart display down at $64.99 shipped. Regularly $90, this deal applies to all three colors – Charcoal, Cloud Blue, and Glacier White – to deliver nearly 30% in savings and the lowest price we can find. 

We did see these 5-inch Amazon smart displays drop to $45 over the holidays last year, but today’s price is matching the best since then – most of the deals on all of Amazon’s in-house tech haven’t been nearly as deep since Alexa+ was announced.

Just as our description above implies, this is Amazon’s latest 5-inch smart display, providing a desk, countertop, or end table unit that delivers a window into your entire Alexa setup – you can “see news and weather at a glance, make video calls, view compatible cameras, stream music and shows, and more.”

On top of that, it also acts as a smart home controller, so you can send commands and adjust settings on “compatible smart devices like lights and thermostats, even while you’re away.” That includes the ability to check “in on your family, pets, and more using” the built-in 2MP camera or “view the front door from your Echo Show 5 with compatible video doorbells.” 

This device’s fabric is made from 100% post-consumer recycled polyester yarn and aluminum is made from 100% recycled aluminum. The device packaging is 100% recyclable.
