Missed out last night? Switch 2 pre-orders will go live again this morning

Switch 2 pre-orders went live late last night at Walmart, Target, and Best Buy – it’s GameStop’s turn this morning. While it was about as frustrating as everyone was imaging last night for some folks, it does appear as though plenty of us actually did secure one – it was hit or miss here at the 9to5 offices. But if you weren’t one of the lucky ones, GameStop is scheduled to have Switch 2 pre-orders live this morning at 8 a.m. PT/11 a.m. ET online.

GameStop will indeed have Switch pre-orders available in-person, in-store when doors open up today at brick and mortar locations, but it will also be offering up some online stock as well.

GameStop – Nintendo Switch 2 preorder (11 a.m ET)

It’s hard to imagine GameStop’s online offerings being as ample as Walmart, Target, and Best Buy’s, but it’s also hard to say at this point. Official postings at select stores had something to the effect of 80 or 100 total units (across both Switch 2 and the Switch 2 Mario Kart World bundle), and while one can assume those allotments will cut into the online offerings to some degree, there is a chance. It might be a small one, but if you haven’t scored one just yet it is worth a go.

Down below we will leave you with the direct links to the Walmart, Target, and Best Buy Switch 2 listings just in case. While they do appear to be mostly out of stock at this point, it is worth checking back throughout the day and keeping an eye on our social feeds, as reports this morning do suggest some folks have gotten lucky at Walmart well after the rush late last night into the morning today.

Good luck!
