NVIDIA is adding three new graphics cards to its RTX 50-series desktop GPU family today – RTX 5060, RTX 5060 Ti with 8GB VRAM, and the 16GB RTX 5060 Ti model. These new graphics cards will join the existing cards in the brand’s RTX 50-series, and both the RTX 5060 Ti models start shipping as early as tomorrow. NVIDIA’s new RTX 5060 family of graphics cards debuted today has three models. The standard RTX 5060 is the most affordable unit of the lot at $299, and it’ll hit the shelves sometime in May with 8GB of VRAM. This particular model slots in as the most affordable RTX 50-series graphics card and would be great for folks who are eyeing something in the affordable price segment. In addition to the baseline RTX 5060, NVIDIA has also unveiled two new RTX 5060 Ti models. The 8GB VRAM RTX 5060 Ti GPU is priced at $379, whereas the 16GB model will cost you $429. These two land as the brand’s mid-range units and are great for folks who don’t want to go all in with the RTX 5070.

As far as the specifications are concerned, the RTX 5060 Ti ships with 4,608 CUDA cores, a 2.4GHz base and a 2.57GHz boost clock, and a 128-bit memory bus. This model, as previously mentioned, comes with either 8GB or 16GB of GDDR7 VRAM, giving you the option to pick between the two based on your usage. These new RTX 5060 Ti models will start shipping as early as tomorrow, so keep an eye out for a bunch of partner cards to hit the shelves tomorrow.

The more affordable RTX 5060 comes with 3,840 CUDA cores and uses the same 128-bit bus. This one, however, comes only with 8GB of VRAM, so keep that in mind. The RTX 5060 is said to consume up to 145W of power, whereas the RTX 5060 Ti has a total graphics power of 180W. Both the new cards support NVIDIA’s DLSS 4 upscaling, Multi Frame Generation (up to 4x), and PCI Express Gen 5, and they all have a DisplayPort 2.1b port.
