We are still tracking solid price drops across just about every configuration in the current-generation M3 MacBook Air lineup, as detailed below. And you can now score all four colors of the base model 15-inch variant with 16GB of RAM and a 256GB SSD at $200 off – it is now back down to $1,099 shipped. Regularly $1,299, and more like $1,499 before Apple upped its RAM game to 16GB on the base models, this is the most affordable 15-inch laptop in Apple’s current lineup at $200 off the list price and $400 under the original listing from October of last year.
We did see this model dip to $1,044 for a brief time over the Black Friday festivities last year, but today’s deal is otherwise on par with the lowest we have tracked to date.
While you will find lower prices live on the base model 13-incher right now, this is indeed the best price around on the 15-inch form-factor and the lowest price you’ll find on the larger display size across the lineup.
This deal is also matched at Best Buy on all colors outside of the Starlight with the only better deal coming by way of its open-box listings that ship with a full 1-year warranty. Pricing kicks off from $1,028.99 on the Space Gray variant, or $470 off the regular price this model would have fetched last fall before the RAM upgrade, and goes up a touch from there on the other color options.

All of that said, the new MacBook Air lineup is expected to hit in 2025 with Apple’s latest M4 chip. You certainly aren’t going to be getting one of those anytime soon after release at a price like today’s, but they should be on your radar:
