Apple’s Find My item tracking tech is starting to make its way into more and more tech accessories and EDC items, much like we have seen from the Journey LOC 8 multi-tool keychain. But we have just spotted another much more affordable solution as the Miroddi Find My Keychain with carabiner clip is now down at $23.99 with free shipping for Prime members or in orders over $35. This model first landed on Amazon a couple months ago at $30 and, while we did see it jump to $32 once, today’s deal is indeed a solid 20% off the going rate on all three colorways: silver, gunmetal, and black.
While this one might not come from a well known brand, it undercuts just about all of the comparable options out there with Apple Find My tech onboard – Journey’s is a more elegant solution, but it’s also $65 and that’s at 20% off the sticker price.
This Miroddi model features the same third-party Find My integration we have featured around here for years now – you just add it to the device list within the Find My app on iPhone to enable the tracking action. It also supports Left Behind notifications if it thinks you’re leaving it somewhere you haven’t designated as a safe zone, while the onboard speaker enables audible chimes to help out when you’re close by.
From there, you can expect to find a stainless steel construction with a carabiner-style clip up top and a rotatable latch on the bottom to string your key ring through. It also ships with a USB-C cable for when it’s ready to get charged back up.
