Just after spotting some return lows on Galaxy Watch 7 this morning, Amazon has now done the same for the new flagship Galaxy Watch Ultra. You’ll find the Titanium Silver with the dark gray band as well as the Titanium White with the matching white band both down at $599.99 shipped. Regularly $650, this is the same $50 price drop we spotted last time around to deliver a match for the Amazon all-time low. While still up at full price on the official site, today’s deal is also in line with the best post-release price drop we have tracked directly from Samsung as well.
As per usual, you’ll just want to keep in mind the potential trade-in value Samsung offers on its new Ultra wearable. Even if you have a basic series 6 to put up against the Ultra you might get a better deal than Amazon is offering simply based on the enhanced trade-in value Samsung serves up – you can get up to $350 off the Ultra with in instant credit.
Naturally, comparison’s have been made between Samsung’s high-end smartwatch and the Apple Watch Ultra 2. Yes, they have the same name and they are both looking to provide an elevated wearable experience within a rugged swim- and dive-ready frame, but in an industry of millimeters, the Galaxy Ultra’s cushion case and slightly smaller size stands on its own if you ask me. It’s not like an iPhone user is going to opt for the Samsung watch anyway, right?
It does, however, feature the same ultra-tough titanium frame as Apple’s alongside a 1.5-inch Super AMOLED screen and much of the same workout, health, and fitness tracking features too. Sleep data, sports modes, smart reply with AI, over 100 hours battery life, heart rate measurements, and more highlight the experience here.
A complete rundown of what you’re in for is, of course, ready and waiting over at 9to5Google.
