Newegg is offering the just released New Nintendo 2DS XL for $149.99, but if you use code MPBTS17 and checkout with MasterPass the total drops to $139.99. Newegg Premier or Shoprunner members will side step the $2.99 shipping fee (details directly below the price on the listing page).
The just released New 2DS XL is still $149.99 everywhere including Amazon. While not a huge discount, Nintendo gear rarely goes on sale at all, never mind this close to release.
