That’s the lowest price we’ve seen on this charger that almost achieves a full 5 star rating from Amazon reviewers. With a total of 5As of charge you could fast charge up to 2 iPads and have some room left over for phones and iPad minis. Or you can slow charge iPads with up to 5 USB devices at a time. (iPads require 2.1A/ea, phones generally require about 1A – if the device is full, iPads will slow charge).
