DiscountMags has now kicked off this weekend’s 5 for $20 sales event, offering just about all of the most popular magazine titles at some of the best prices of the year. Today’s deal brings titles like Wired, Popular Science, Dwell, Men’s Health, GQ, Men’s Fitness, ESPN, Forbes, Popular Photography and more down to just $4 each per year.

More details below:

Everything ships free (no sales tax or auto-renewals) and many of the titles include digital iPad access. Very rarely do wee see these titles dip down below $5 each, never mind all the way to $4. Only in bundle type deals and the once-a-year holiday sales do we ever see mags like Wired and Dwell (and more) go down this low. In fact, we don’t even see Men’s Health drop to $5 very often.

While you are required to get all 5 mags, remember, you can send every mag in your bundle to a different address with a personalized note. Whether it be a year of Wired as a gift for the techie in your life or to your business, you can input a separate address for each mag.

Scam! I subscribed to this deal and almost immediately my credit card was hacked and was used for fraudulent charges. I had to cancel the card and fill out paperwork to recover my money.

I’ve never heard any similar complaints in the years we’ve been directing readers to DiscountMags. How do you know your credit card info was stolen from there and not any other retailer or service who you’ve used your card with?
