I have the Brother 3170-DW. It’s a decent printer, though I have noticed that the Airprint feature can be twitchy. Sometimes if it has been asleep for a few days, it doesn’t “wake up” without a restart. That said, the latest firmware seems to have helped. $150 isn’t a bad deal for this. Even the starter cartridges have decent life.

I had the same issue once upon a time, Brother seems to do a solid job of updating firmware and resolving issues. Haven’t had trouble since. It’s a solid brand, for sure.
