The Room puzzle-mystery game for iOS goes free for the first time in two years (Reg. $1), more

After releasing the third entry in the popular The Room series about a month ago, the original title is now available for free on the App Store. Regularly listed at $1, this is the first time we have seen it go free in two years. It has received a perfect 5 star rating from 143,452 reviewers. While we have seen it drop down to $1, The Room Two is also on sale today for $1.99 (Reg. $3).

Along with being listed as the App Store Editor’s Choice in 146 countries, The Room has received a number of important accolades including Apple’s iPad Game of the Year 2012 and a BAFTA. Head below for more details:

    Awesome game… better than other “Room escape” type games… i’d also recommend the 2nd and 3rd game… i only wish they were longer – game play is about 1-2hours…
