As we reported last week, Target’s iPad Mini sale is now on where you can pick up the base model iPad Mini for just $199 shipped at Target. That’s $100 off and by far the lowest price we’ve ever seen.  Target Red Card owners can take another 5% off yielding an all time low of $189.
